After 200+ episodes, I’m pressing pause on Think Business with Tyler. This episode is a little different — no guest, just me sharing directly from the heart.

I started this show to have real conversations with entrepreneurs. Not the polished highlight reel, but the tough decisions, messy pivots, and honest wins. And after hundreds of episodes, I can say this podcast has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.

But over time, I’ve found myself pulled in a new direction. My other podcast, Profit & Grit, is focused on the blue-collar world — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service businesses. That’s where I do most of my work as a fractional CFO, and where I can make the biggest impact.
